Let’s start talking about the monofin by Mermaid Linden. First of all, I am a huge fan of this gal. She is one of the OMGs (original Mermaid Gangsters) and has been a leading lady in the industry. She has successfully designed a comfortable monofin for us inspiring mermaids.
Her unique signature shape glides through water just as a mermaid or merman tail should. It has quick adjustable TPR straps with a quick release buckle, and rubberized fin edges for safety and grip. The shape leads to high-efficiency swimming and can really be effective for water fitness training.
It is easy to slide in and out of the mermaid tail, as well as comfortable on your feet. It’s one of the most comfortable hard monofins that I have tried out there!

Guppy Tail Skin Design and Fabric
The mermaid skins from Mertailor are always a hit. I don’t feel the need to expound too much in this category as I have done plenty of Mertailor reviews in the past. so I will just give you my highlights.
I LOVE how the tails are not to tight around my midsection leaving my muffin top alone and I never feel self-conscious which really takes away from the mermaid experience. It’s also the perfect length for my torso. Some tails seem super long so kids can “grow” into them. Mertailor focuses on more adult tails for those who want to take mermaiding to the next level. The fabric doesn’t fade and isn’t see-through.
I also love that the zipper is invisible so doing photography in these guys is a breeze. Some kids tails have an open bottom which is great that kids can put their own tails on, but I love that I don’t have to worry about editing our a plastic monofin from my pictures.
Guppy TAIL compared to previous eco tail
I will say I 100% like these new fabric tail designs better than the older version of the Eco Tail. That one was ok, but I didn’t like the tail shape as much and the monofin was definitely not as comfortable as this new Linden Monfin.

I really do love these guys. I actually had a chance to meet Eric and Candy in Feb while I was visiting Florida. They are genuinely good people that do their best to provide a magical experience for mermaids out there. They are responsive to questions, always innovating new products, and have a strong social following on Facebook.
COST
The cost for the tail and Linden Monofin is $159.99. This is on the expensive side for fabric tails with plastic monofins. However, I really do think these guys have a great quality behind their name. They make everything here in the USA and stand behind their products.
CONCLUSION
If you are looking for a quality mermaid tail with a comfortable monofin I definitely recommend the adult guppy tail. The cost is a bit higher but you will be happy with the fabric and fit of the tail as well as how easy it is to put the monofin on.
